We require valid current identification for all transactions. 

• Title Only Transfers
• Title Transfers-Cars/Trucks/Motorcycles/Trailers/Motorhomes/ATV
• Title Transfer – Intransit
• Title Transfer – with Plate Transfer
• Title Transfer – Antique/Classic/Collectible

PA License Plates can ONLY be transferred:

• Between spouses
• Between parents and children
