Seller(s) Must Bring ID

• Original PA title
• Current ID of everyone listed on the title
• Bill of sale
• Purchase price & mileage

Buyer(s) Must Bring 

• Current ID (Valid driver’s license or State issued photo ID) of everyone to be listed on the title
• Proof of current PA insurance
• Plate and Registration card (if transferring your license plate)
  • Vehicle in order to verify the VIN
