Huffman’s Auto Sales offers notary services to help make life easier. Once your documents are notarized, we can help you make any necessary copies and help send them where they need to go. Fast and friendly service every time.

Be Prepared

Laws vary by state and some documents may require witnesses in addition to the notarization. In most cases, the notary cannot act as a witness, if you need Huffman’s to provide a witness, please call in advance to schedule an appointment. We do not prepare any documents, so please bring the form with you or email us the form prior to coming in for notarization

We require valid current government issued photo ID for all transactions. Camera cards Do Not Work.  Please make sure you DO NOT SIGN documents prior to having it notarized. Your documents must be signed in front of a notary as part of the notarization process.

State and service fees are applicable on our services.

Notary fees are $5 per stamp. Clerical fees for additional services requested will also apply, i.e., copies, completing forms, sending faxes, or mailing documents.
